The linear eloquence of the Bardiglio Imperiale marble
The linear eloquence of the Bardiglio Imperiale marble
Bardiglio Imperiale is a marble quarried in central Italy. If at first glance its chromaticity seems to be a uniform dark gray, with a more noticeable observation it is possible to see very thin gray and dark gray veins, with only a few white shades. The beauty of this marble is mostly exalted when it is honed and polished: as a matter of fact, other finishing tends to conceal the light dynamism of the veins that give a balanced movement and gloss.
Thanks to its resistance to water absorption, Bardiglio Imperiale is used for vanity tops, worktops, staircases and floors.
Energy & Rigor
London: design for a piece of furniture. Why choosing Bardiglio Imperiale for a fireplace? It’s easy: what can contrast the energy and disruptive force of fire more than an aesthetically strong and balanced material? What can highlight the brilliant colors of the flame more than a marble with a bold and determined color? This combination, thanks to the classic and sober forms of the fireplace too, appears intriguing.
The classic fireplace lines are combined in an extremely harmonious way with the minimal design of the room. Its colors are recalled by the tonality of the doors and the floor in order to create a symbol of elegance and linearity.
