Technical characteristics of Palissandro Bianco

Technically, Palissandro Bianco is a Dolomite marble characterized by a compactness and hardness higher than the average of limestone marbles, with a value of approximately 3.5-4 on the Mohs scale. This mineral density makes it less porous and more resistant to wear and weathering, allowing it to maintain the brilliance of the bottom unchanged even in conditions of frequent trampling. Its silicate structure allows to obtain a mirror polish of the highest level, but it also lends itself magnificently to satin or brushed finishes that enhance the material texture and the natural reflection of its internal crystals.
