Cremo Delicato is a marble with an ethereal and velvety aesthetic, characterised by a milky white background tending towards cream, extremely homogeneous and luminous. Its surface is furrowed with very thin, discrete veins, ranging from pearl grey to pale golden yellow, creating an almost imperceptible pattern that never interrupts the visual cleaning of the slab.
Unlike the more graphic Calacattas, this material offers a sense of calm and warmth, making the environments welcoming and sophisticated. It is the preferred material for high-profile interior design projects, where luxury is not shouted but whispered through the perfection of the material and the delicacy of the pastel tones, evoking an atmosphere of classical nobility reinterpreted in a modern key.
From a technical point of view, Cremo Delicato is a very fine-grained limestone marble with a compact structure, with a hardness typical of Carrara materials located between 3 and 4 on the Mohs scale. Its crystalline nature allows for extraordinary degrees of mirror polishing, which enhance its transparency and chromatic depth. Being a high-quality marble, it still requires the attention typical of natural stones: it is sensitive to food acids and deep scratches. The polished finish is particularly appreciated for this material, as it accentuates its “silky” appearance and reduces reflections, making the cream color even softer and more uniform, ideal for tactile and discreet elegance.
