Jacaranda Bahia is an excellent and exotic variant of Jacaranda granite, extracted specifically in the quarries of the famous state in Brazil. Recognized in interior architecture for its extraordinary chromatic intensity and marked grain, it owes its name to the visual richness that evokes the warm tones of the precious Brazilian Jacaranda wood.
Visually, it presents a fluid and densely nuanced movement: on a dominant matrix in shades of copper red, terracotta, deep pink and burgundy, wide-ranging veins and mineral bands in shades of burnt brown, smoky grey, cream and black unfold. The sharp contrast between the red feldspathic components and the dark inclusions gives the surfaces a strong expressive and three-dimensional charge.
Geologically it is a siliceous intrusive/migmatitic magmatic rock (veined siliceous granite). Being composed predominantly of quartz and potassium feldspars, it is a totally acid-fast material and does NOT react with food and chemical acids (such as lemon, vinegar, wine, or acidic deep cleaning detergents). It guarantees exceptional physical-mechanical performance: high resistance to trampling abrasion, impact, scratches, direct heat and frost.
– countertops and countertops: thanks to its absolute unassailability from food acids, scratch resistance and heat resistance, it is a choice of choice for scenic islands, bar counters and kitchen tops.
– accent walls and bookmatch compositions: the pronounced fluid grain makes it an ideal stone for mirrored installation on impact walls in salons, reception lobbies and reception areas.
– high-traffic floors and exteriors: perfect for interior and exterior floors subject to heavy traffic, as well as ventilated facades and structural elements.
– bathroom and vanity top rooms: used for vanity vanity tops, accent shower wall coverings and easy-to-maintain niches.
