Tapestry (often marketed as Tapestry Granite or Tapestry Quartzite) is a natural stone material of extraordinary exoticism and pictorial charm, quarried mainly in the renowned quarries of Brazil. Its name, perfectly captures the aesthetic of this stone: its surface indeed resembles a precious embroidered fabric or an abstract painting on canvas, shaped by nature over millions of years.
Visually, it stands out for its unique and almost theatrical chromatic dynamism. Against a background ranging from ivory white to pearl grey, waves, cloud-like patterns and dense veins in warm, earthy tones intertwine in a fluid, sinuous manner: shades of gold, ochre, burnt brown, copper and hints of olive green or burgundy.
