The African Green is a prestigious and exotic natural granite quarried in the rich mining basins of the African continent (particularly in South Africa). Highly sought after in contemporary architecture and interior design, it is appreciated for its deep, elegant and timeless hues.
Visually, it has a medium-fine texture characterized by a dense chromatic background in shades of dark green, forest green and olive green, densely dotted with crystals of potassium feldspar, translucent quartz and inclusions of biotite and black hornblende. This uniform mineral inlay gives the surface a deep, compact and chromatically sober appearance.
Geologically it is a siliceous intrusive magmatic rock (siliceous granite/gabbro). Compositionally rich in silicates and quartz, it is a completely acid-fast material and does not react with food and chemical acids (such as lemon, vinegar, wine or harsh detergents). It has physical-mechanical properties of the highest level: exceptional resistance to trampling abrasion, impact, scratches and frost. It boasts extremely low porosity, making it naturally waterproof and highly stain-resistant. It expresses maximum chromatic depth with mirror polishing, but also responds very well to processes such as brushing, sanding, flaming and non-slip bushings.

– ventilated facades and exterior cladding: widely used in interior and exterior architecture for facade cladding, skirting and padding thanks to its absolute invelivity and UV-chromatic stability.
– bathroom and wellness rooms: ideal for creating vanity tops, shower trays, vertical upholstery and easily sanitized and maintained floors.
